Willmott Partnership Homes has been selected by the London Borough of Hounslow’s housing company to deliver 1,500 homes in a £90m joint venture.
The London Borough of Hounslow’s wholly owned subsidiary, Lampton 360, will work with Willmott on a joint venture basis to bring forward 11 initial sites owned by the borough.
The homes will be 40% affordable, 40% open market sale and 20% private rent.
The first site targeted for development is Nantly House on Lampton Road, which will create 74 new homes and commercial space in the heart of the borough.
A further five of the identified sites will follow later this year, while more sites will follow as Lampton 360 and Willmott Partnership Homes target the creation of 1,500 homes over a six-year period.
Lampton 360 has a target of delivering 7,200 homes in the Hounslow Town Centre and Feltham Town Centre Housing Zones by 2026.
