Pinnacle and Mansell in £60m deal
Woking Council will outsource its housing management to a joint venture between Pinnacle and Mansell Construction.
The 10-year, £60 million contract to deliver a range of services to Woking’s 3,800 homes will begin on 1 April. Pinnacle will deliver housing management and tenancies, while Mansell will be responsible for asset management. They will work in partnership with Morrison who will deliver repairs and maintenance.
Up to 48 staff will be transferred from the council to the new company.
