Mrs Ruby Giblin

Ruby has specialised in social housing finance and charging for over 30 years. She acts for both funders and borrowers to effectively charge security for transactions involving bonds, private placements, warehousing for trustees, loans, ISDAs and pension funds. She is also a real estate finance specialist, having worked on a wide range of property assets including PFI hospital transactions, nursing home securitisations, energy from waste projects, refinancing hotels and commercial offices, BTR charging, trustee work on debenture stock issues, charging charitable assets and taking ecclesiastical security.
