Three new board members appointed at 65,000-home landlord

Three new members have been appointed to The Guinness Partnership’s board, including two chief executives and a former tenant.

The Guinness Partnership has appointed two chief executives and a former tenant to its board #UKhousing

Ben Laryea, Gina Amoh and Lee Bolton were all appointed to the board of the 65,000-home national landlord following a competitive process.

Mr Laryea is the current chief executive of Ekaya Housing Association, which provides housing and support services primarily to BAME women, their families and groups with similar needs.

He was recently appointed as the new chair of BME London Landlords and is also a board member of Dolphin Living.

Ms Amoh is the chief executive of Inquilab Housing Association, which provides homes and services to a diverse and multi-ethnic range of customers and communities in London.

She was Mr Laryea’s predecessor as chair of BME London Landlords, is a member of the Homes for Londoners Board and has previously been a board member for a number of housing associations.

Mr Bolton was a Guinness tenant for 15 years and is now the tenant of another housing association.

Currently an employee of Petrus, which is part of the Regenda Group, he has worked in supported housing and the criminal justice system for the past 19 years.

He is a former non-executive member of the Guinness property board and member of Guinness’ service and performance committee.
