This year’s Unlock Net Zero Awards will reveal the individuals and organisations driving a carbon-free future for the UK housing sector.
Entries for the awards close at midnight on Friday 27 February.
The shortlist will be announced in April, with winners revealed at the awards ceremony on 23 June at Manchester Central during the Housing 2026 conference.
Categories up for grabs this year include funding team of the year (won by Unity Trust Bank last year) and landlord of the year (won by Together Housing in 2025).
Entries are also being accepted for the climate champions power list. Last year’s climate champions included Pia Honey at No Floor No More, Emily Braham at Energiesprong UK and Tim Meanock at Tallarna.
This year’s award winners will be invited to speak at Unlock Net Zero Live 2026, which will attract upwards of 4,500 visitors.
They will also be invited to join the expert judging panel for the next event and attend the award ceremony alongside other industry leaders.
Alongside the Unlock Net Zero Awards, this year Inside Housing upgraded its sustainability coverage by launching a new bulletin.
