Features Lower Lane is the first code for sustainable homes level 3 development in Fylde and is built on three former local authority sites.
The three and four-bedroom homes were constructed using sustainably sourced timber frames, which allow excellent insulation. The buildings also have triple glazed windows and a heat recovery system, which provides fresh air and maintains comfortable temperatures while using very little energy.
