A total of 40 specialist firms, 42% of which are SMEs, have secured a place on the four-year framework.

The framework is designed to help deliver zero-carbon goals, reduce emissions and support domestic and non-domestic retrofit measures.

Fusion21 said it offers an updated specification, flexible procurement routes, relevant and refreshed 2025 pricing models, regional and national coverage, and the ability to deliver multiple measures at scale and volume.

The firm said the framework is ready to deliver projects in receipt of government funding, including the Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund Wave 3 and future stages.

It also supports the Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme, which aims to help cut emissions by 75% from public buildings by 2037, the firm said.

The framework is split into two lots. Lot one is for whole-house decarbonisation, while lot two is for decarbonisation of public and educational buildings.

Peter Francis, group executive director at Fusion21, said: “Decarbonisation and achieving the government’s ambitious net zero target by 2050 is no easy task, so we are delighted to support our members via our robust and evolved [framework].

“Our refreshed offer provides access to experienced suppliers and consultants, qualified to the latest industry accreditations and ready to help our members on their net zero journeys – delivering warm, safe and comfortable housing and public buildings, while achieving social value they can see.”
