RSH to consult on consumer changes needed to introduce STAIRs after MHCLG issues direction

The government has directed the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) to introduce and consult on the final regulatory changes to the consumer standards that will underpin the Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements (STAIRs).
