Wheatley Housing Group takes over West Lothian landlord

Part of the deal is for West Lothian Housing Partnership to continue as an organisation with its own offices in West Lothian.

The partnership’s board members said they decided to join the Wheatley Group because of a four-year rent freeze promise and higher level of service to tenants.

The Wheatley Housing Group was set up by GHA as a holding company.

Wheatley Housing Association also comprises Your Place, a property management company, and GHA Legal, a company providing legal services to housing organisations.
