Ann Santry on the new Shared Ownership Code and what it means for the product

Eighteen months ago, Ann Santry became chair of the newly formed Shared Ownership Council. Today, it publishes a new Shared Ownership Code, designed to create a standardised offer across the sector, improve customer service and drive up satisfaction.
